What job would you like to do in the future, and why?

Daniele:  I would like to be an engineer. Since I was a child, I liked to look at construction sites, and so being a civil engineer would be really fascinating to me.

Martina: I hope to be a dance teacher. The reasons are that I love to teach how to dance to children, and also that simply... dance is my life!

Alessio: I hope to be an optical technician or a nurse. I like to be in contact with people and to help them.

Valentina: When I grow up, I hope to become a dentist. It's a beautiful job and it could allow me to make a lot of money while at the same time to help people get better.

Federico: My future ideal job is the basketball player. It's a fantastic sport, it's so much fun and I love it.

Riccardo: I hope to be an optical device salesman because I met a friend of my father's that does that, and I really like the idea. The reasons why I like that job are that I could travel a lot all around the world and I could meet a lot of people.

Benedetto: In the future, I would like to be an engineer. It's a job that inspires me!

Sofia: I hope to become a Maths teacher. I have always loved Maths and the idea of teaching, and so combining the two things seems the best!

Riccardo: I like the idea of becoming a surveyor. I don't really know why, but I feel drawn to it!

DIET (Sara, Martina, Mattia, Luca, Simone, Sofia)

It is very important to follow a varied and healthy diet. For example, for breakfast we should eat some proteins, vitamins and carbs. For lunch we suggest to have some carbs and drink a lot of water. For dinner, our advice is to have salad, meat or fish, vegetables and fruit. It is good, in general, to eat many times a day, possibly as many as five.

SPORT (Riccardo, Christian, Chiara, Federico, Ghaly, Francesca, Chiara, Alessio, Federico, Benedetto)

Sport and exercising are crucial for health. According to OMS, 37% of the Italian population is inactive. It's a good idea to practice sport 3 times a week. Every sport is good, but some are better for growth and health, like swimming. Sport also offers an opportunity of great spiritual well-being.

HEALTH (Ingmar, Aurora, Karol, Valentina, Marco)

For health, it is important to drink a lot of water, to do physical activities and exercise, and to eat healthy things. It is recommended to get frequent medical check ups.
